So, as it goes, I'm a mom, with a husband, and a dog and two cats, whoo!

I'm probably a bit old to be trying to break out into the DMing world (seriously, I feel like I'm surrounded by kids) but when I was younger, I wanted to be a voice actor like nothing else. And a writer.

I write, like, all the time. I NEVER SEEM TO FINISH ANYTHING, but that doesn't stop me from trying.

A few months ago, some friends of my hubby's invited me to play DnD with them, and my whole world flipped over. You could make people PLAY CHARACTERS in a world you build? I LOVE world building. I hate having to tell my characters what to do. People who will do that for me? I was sold.

When I'm not being obsessive about my new hobby, I'm probably sleeping (I've got a wonderful chronic illness called fibromyalgia, I don't recommend it to anyone) or wishing I was sleeping. On the rare day that my limbs will work nicely with me, I'm bound to be found painting or rolling around in my garden. :)

I've got an odd attachment to weird games in general though, like Toreba, the claw machine game you can play from your phone all the way in Japan (I just won and received a pink sloth plushie last week!) and Monster Hunter, a game where you basically mine animals for their bits to make armour to go hunt MORE MONSTERS. It's great.
